Found a clean external ESP build specifically adjusted for the current PlutoIW5 client. If you are tired of getting beamed by sweats on Plutonium MW3, this simple wallhack is a solid entry-point for better map awareness.
Technical Overview
This is a straightforward external ESP. Unlike internal cheats that hook directly into the game's rendering engine, this one sits outside, which generally provides a better layer of protection against basic client-side checks. It’s lightweight and won't tank your frames while tracking enemy positions.
Setup Process
Risk & Longevity
Currently, this method remains effective on the Pluto client. However, public externals are always a game of cat and mouse. It has been used for several weeks without a ban, but as with any public release, avoid using it on accounts you actually value. Externals are safer for legit-cheating, but they aren't invisible to manual reviews if you start tracking people through walls too obviously.
Curious if anyone has tried re-coding the overlay for a cleaner GDI or ImGui look instead of the basic red FPS counter.

Setup Process
- Extract the archive to a clean folder.
- Execute the hack with Administrator privileges.
- Launch Plutonium MW3.
- Look for a red FPS counter—if it shows up, the overlay is active and calibrated.
To ensure the ESP draws correctly over the game window, you must set your display mode to Windowed Fullscreen. Pure Fullscreen will likely block the overlay or cause heavy flickering.
