Forum rules

• 1.1. Placement of any senseless messages which do not belong to a thread context, and also placement of the messages consisting of some smiles is forbidden. The text of the message has to be clear to any user. In case of use of a professional slang you have to decipher it at the end of your message.
• 1.2. It is forbidden to highlight all message in bold type / in italics / underlining / color. Use BB codes intelligently, allocating only the most important in a thread what it is necessary to pay attention.
• 1.3. It is forbidden to write in a message thread like "Thanks", "Helped" and so on. If you want to thank the user — press the "Like" button.
• 1.4. It is forbidden to create threads with the names which are not explained in brief its essence: "Help", "Problem" and to them similar.
• 1.5. It is forbidden to specify the name of a thread by completely capital letters.
• 1.6. It is forbidden to report about violation in a thread where it was revealed. Use the "Report" button.
• 1.7. It is forbidden to use in messages, messages of a profile, the status and the signature at a forum a gradient which is created through the user having the "Legend" group or any other group.
• 1.8. It is forbidden to create threads in sections which they do not treat.
• 1.9. It is forbidden to create threads with discussion of number of reactions/messages.
• 1.10. Warnings of the user that the thread created by it is not in that section are forbidden. On similar threads a complaint, as is filed about violation of paragraph of rules 1.8.
• 1.11. It is forbidden to specify incorrect prefixes to threads. For example, a prefix "Config" in no way does not treat a thread with the name "Where to Download Microsoft Word?".

• 2.1. Insult of participants of a forum in any kind is forbidden. Including manifestation of any roughness, threats and obscene statements even in the latent form.
• 2.2. It is forbidden to show racial, national and religious hostility, to propagandize the terrorism, extremism, drugs and other threads incompatible with the standard laws of morals and decency (for example, threads-screamer).
• 2.3. Placement of referral links without indication of the main reference is forbidden.
• 2.4. It is forbidden to spread files on file hosting services with payment for downloading. Also treat this point paid reduction of references.
• 2.5. It is forbidden to spread files without indication of the reference to VirusTotal/VirScan. The reference to check is obligatory on the files *.exe, *.bat, *.dll, etc.
• 2.6. It is forbidden to beg for reactions or moneys and so on. It is also forbidden to write messages similar to this: "I will not refuse reactions", "I will be glad to thank you for the work done" and etc.
• 2.7. Creation by that which contain information on game roulettes is forbidden(CS:GO, DotA 2, Team Fortress, PUBG and so on). Threads with names "freebie in cs:go", "websites with a freebie in cs:go" and similar will be removed.
• 2.8. Creation by that which contain subject of "carding" is forbidden. Any information connected with this action is forbidden.
• 2.9. It is forbidden to create draws or conditions in which you need to join or subscribe to extraneous channels in Telegram, groups of Discord, Steam communities and other social networks. Allowed only after agreement with the administration of the forum.
• 2.10. It is forbidden to use various hidden symbols in any part of elements of a forum.
• 2.11. It is forbidden to write in the status that you are a member of administration of a forum, or to specify any similar text on sense.
• 2.12. It is forbidden to use likes as motivation for any action/inaction of users. Examples: distribution of likes for gifts, like for the response/comment, like for a contango of the person and so forth.
• 2.13. The disrespectful relation to a forum is forbidden: distortion of its name, domain, nicknames of users.
• 2.14. Placement of threads and messages with the maintenance of keys of the license of software products of the ESET company is forbidden.
• 2.15. Creation by where you ask financing from users is forbidden and you promise them to give the same sum with a certain percent (rates in bookmaker offices, trade at the exchange and so on).
• 2.16. It is forbidden to create threads with dissemination of intimate information and also to create threads with questions of where it can be extended.

• 3.1. Advertizing of foreign resources in any kind is forbidden. Including advertizing in the signature, a nickname, the status and so on.
• 3.2. Registration of several accounts at a forum is forbidden or to register new accounts after blocking of the main account.
• 3.3. Dissemination of information connected with DDoS-services, carding, viruses, child porn is forbidden.
• 3.4. It is forbidden to make publicly a claim and to discuss actions of administration. If there are claims on editing, closing and removal of threads or messages, contact administrators.
• 3.5. It is forbidden to be registered under the nicknames which are consisting of set of nothing the meaning letters/figures/symbols (123456, asfohasdof, 1124uhl12jsda), and also containing obscene language or offensive phrases.
• 3.6. It is forbidden to intentionally give likes to the specific user.
• 3.7. It is forbidden to tell about hide contents. Only his creator can give hide to you.
• 3.8. Publication/sale/purchase of personal data is forbidden: passport, Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account, birth certificates, marriage, divorce, any data on the real estate, card number (credit, salary) and so on. At submission of the complaint, it is authorized to specify data of the swindler which are in the general access.
• 3.9. It is forbidden to use technical vulnerabilities of a forum, in case of the noticed defect it is necessary to report to administration.
• 3.10. Threads with services about breaking of e-mails, pages on social networks, about sale ON for carrying out the DDoS-attacks, botnets and any other similar programs are forbidden.

• At achievement of the counter of points of the mark "10" - you receive the ban on 1 week.
• At achievement of the counter of points of the mark "15" - you receive the ban for 1 month.
• At achievement of the counter of points of the mark "20" - you receive the ban for 3 months.
• At achievement of the counter of points of the mark "25" - you receive the ban for 6 months.
• At achievement of the counter of points of the mark "30" - you receive the ban for 1 year.

Ignorance of rules does not exempt participants of the website from liability. Rules are obligatory for execution by all attendees at a forum. The administration reserves the right to edit and delete messages of users if these messages do not answer rules or scope of this forum. The administration reserves the right to unilaterally change these Rules.
