hey when I start the game from umbrella the game is in English, how do I put it in Spanish?

put this in launch options -language Spanish

Hello, I need help, it turns out that the first time I open the umbrella, the assets are downloaded and there everything perfect, the game starts and the cheat works by pressing INS. But then when I close it and open it as I did before, the cheat doesn't work even if I press the INS key. The game parameters I put are: -high -novid -nojoy

maybe by mistake you pressed the delete key and this is hidden

Whenever I review my demo, in some parts of the demo my camera pov just spazzes out and I'm not sure what it is...
I have a feeling that it is a bug and would be appreciated if it were to be fixed. By the way, four things, 1) the game sometimes crashes when loading into a map. 2) Unable to fully change the quality of a skin when using the skin-changer. 3) Binding/unbinding keys are difficult. 4) The legit AA is not working properly, looks very obvious on demos.
