its been happening since the new update
i think its because of the old configs i downloaded from youtube

Due to numerous replies of the crashing.
I took it upon myself to test it and the cheat was indeed crashing.

Valve fixed fast crouch and fakeduck in mm/wingman etc, it works only in non-valve servers
