I bring you my legit MM config, it has (mostly) tuned autoaim settings, for pistols, smgs and rifles, chams with wh, a bit of backtrack, alongside some skins.
So long as you play consciously and don't play so blatantly it's good and pretty seamless, else, you can make it look as blatant as you want to.
I'm planning on tuning autoaim more, giving each gun individual settings and proper care (except heavies).
