Important New rules for manual thread up

Hello!

In addition to the new rules of commerce ("Terms and Conditions of Sales Software") we have released an update related to manually up topics on the forum. You can now boost your threads in two ways: simple and super up's.

Simple up — raising the topic only in the section.
Super up — raising the topic in statistics on the main page of the forum and in the section.

Newbie, Newbie+, User:

• simple up thread limit - 3;
• super up thread limit - 1;
• timeout between thread ups - 6 hours;
• timeout between super ups - 36 hours;
• max single thread up per day - 3.

Member, Experienced:

• simple up thread limit - 5;
• super up thread limit - 1;
• timeout between thread ups - 2 hours;
• timeout between super ups - 24 hours;
• max single thread up per day - 3.

Expert, Legend:

• simple up thread limit - 5;
• super up thread limit - 1;
• timeout between thread ups - 1 hour;
• timeout between super ups - 12 hours;
• max single thread up per day - 3.

Seller:

• simple up thread limit - 30;
• super up thread limit - 3;
• timeout between thread ups - unlimited;
• timeout between super ups - 5 minuts;
• max single thread up per day - 3.

Premium:

• simple up thread limit - 5;
• super up thread limit - 1;
• timeout between thread ups - 1 hour;
• timeout between super ups - 12 hours;
• max single thread up per day - 3.
