Question Why my exloader is not working?

Can anyone help me? When i try to inject a cheat with exloader it s says to install VC++,i press install and it says "Unfortunately,we were unable to Microsoft components in an automatic mode,however,you can try doing it by yourself with help of the internet" Where I can found these microsoft components?
