With a new 2.6 patch here is a new Rift location with a lot of new cool quests!
One of them is a "The Stone Seeker's Speeches", which can be obtained from Mu Ning after opening
the entrance to the underground part of the location. As a reward for helping with the collection of starflowers,
this guy offers to give the reward of the Huishan Hall — 20 Source Stones.
Quest Walkthrough
1. Explore a rift to find 3 starflowers, you can see some spots above;
2. Since you got 3 pieces of it you should back to Mu Ning;
3. Since you did it you should do it twice more to get a 20 source stone as a reward.
