Cheat can be detected or may be not, I have used it for 2 months and still without vac. Do not use it on your main.
To clear things you need to download new DLL from github in order to update, this is only trustful source.​

The dll that you will download from the realease will be downloaded by thousands of other people as well. So, it is evident that the dll from the github's release is already detected(signature of the dll in valve's database). So, it will be better(maybe best) to compile your own dll from the loader source from the github as your compiled dll will have a different signature compared to the already made one in the github.
