Is OTC dead?

I've been using OTC for a long time. And OTC doesn't work anymore, any of the rage option will get me banned in Trusted and also legit AA gets me banned. Of course this only happens in MM so I can just go in HVH server. I just want to know if this is going to be anywhere fixed because I loved tapping random cheaters in MM :(
