Added color detection for items in an external list!

The format is now as follows:
5ede7a8229445733cb4c18e2 0xf20d0dff // Key RB-PKPM (Marked)

HEX RGBA color format - pay attention to what kind is relevant and what prefix is in front of it. Don't forget to put spaces between the item ID, color code and comment.

Old lists will also work, the color will be displayed there according to the standard.

We also added a display of the cartridge quantity counter (located at the bottom of the screen on a permanent basis).
