"crashhandler" is like that, rename the steam file "crashhandler.dll" by another name, then paste the "crashhandler.dll" file you downloaded, at the start of the game it should be injected.

Itstruction:
Download the dll file, go to the root folder of the steam, right-click on the program icon and click on the file location, find the crashhandler.dll file, rename it, transfer the downloaded dll to the folder, run CS: GO. Done! Each time you start the game, a cheat will open. To disable the cheat, replace crashhandler.dll with the one you previously renamed.
