For the dll and injector work correctly it is necessary to follow all instructions:
Add to the exclusions of antivirus the folder where you have injector and dll, or disable windows defender use Defender Control: search in google search : Defender Control
For the cheat menu work it is necessary:
1.Specify the startup parameters (launch options) > -disable_d3d9ex


2. Game options Multicore Rendering > Enabled

3. Close CS:GO and Steam open CS:GO
4. Inject dll OneTap v2 crack with the injector (I use SazInjector )

1.First try to modify Advanced Video > Apply Changes > restart CS:GO

2.Second still doesn’t work? Video > Apply Changes > restart CS:GO:
