Wouldn't call it the best, Despite not trying It I'm guessing there's much better CFG's as a cfg heavily depends on your playstyle depending on how the cfg was made.

I'm fine with that, I would test it but I've quit HvH. Also was there a base to this CFG or no? [by base i mean did you start it from another cfg?]

Well yes, I got like half of it by a friend, but he never made that cfg public =)
