#1 - Download and open "ExLoader_Installer.exe":

#3 - Click "Instant installation" to install ExLoader without setting-up any installation options, or "Configure manually" to control every option manually and wait for the installer to download ExLoader:

#4 - Choose installation way, say the installer if you want to create a shortcut and launch the app after installation, and click "Next":

#5 - Wait for the installer to download ExLoader. It's done, the app is ready to use!

Disk writer*, not a Trojan. It downloads dlls, configs, fonts, pictures, additional modification files, injection files, java, Microsoft VC++ and a lot of other staff. And, have you ever seen a man who used this as his antivirus?

Well, maybe you don't have Java on your PC? Also such thing can happen if you place ExLoader in a folder with strange name like .~/?><, [In this case java can't require admin rights for application]. You can try placing it into C:\ root folder.

yeah, I uninstalled Java Completely even in the Registry yet and installed the latest but still not opening. I think it's my Windows Defender who's blocking it and I can't access Windows Defender. Maybe that's the reason. But anyway thanks for the share and response.

We have no problems with Windows Defender. Have you tried moving ExLoader directly in C:/ folder?
