Guide Escape from Tarkov - Bypass RU Account Region Lock via Split Tunneling

Just dropping the guide here, too lazy to test it myself. If you're trying to play on a RU Tarkov account from outside the region, people are saying this bypass works to keep your connection stable without messing up your ping.

1. Requirements: You need a VPN with Split Tunneling (Windscribe is mentioned).
2. Setup: Use IP-based split tunneling.
3. Configuration: Add these IPs to the inclusive list:
   

   104.18.6.148
   104.18.7.148
   188.114.98.224
   188.114.99.224

4. Execution: Connect to a CIS server (Moldova/Moscow) and run the client as admin.

Apparently, this forces only the BSG auth traffic through the VPN, so your game connection remains clean. Keep the VPN running while you play, or you'll get kicked. Use at your own risk, don't blame me if BSG decides to patch this next week.
