. But the payment gateway that they are not using did not work so they have provided me with a different payment link on telegram.
Date of violation: Mar 23, 2023
Claim amount: 17 $.
Requisites:
[CLUB] I have made the payment for NFK cheats.
In this particular case the user NFK [/CLUB]
Description of the claim:
- I have purchased a key for 30 days for 17.38 euros.
-The key worked for only 3 days.
-When contacting them about it, they said they would contact their admins, which will take around 1 day.
-5 days go by and no response, after contacting them they said that their admins are not answering.
-I have requested a refund and they have literally laughed at my face when asking about it.
-I can't believe info cheats are doing business with scammers.

How can I be a returning customer when my first experience with this business goes like this?
I was excited about finding and working with a legitimate business that I can trust and use their services but it seems that this is not the case.

mikomin1 provide a proof that the support requested you to pay through a different link. Also, provide the full screenshots, so that I will be able to see the username in the right-hand pane of Telegram client. You can put the screenshots under the hide for forum staff.

Indeed I have received an email for the refund being processed but nothing showed up in my bank.
