0xhack has a free version now and it is really easy to use.

Cheat features
- No Recoil (Disables weapons recoil at all);
- No Spread (Disables weapons recoil at all);
- No Shutter (Same for shutter);
- Hide Nickname (Clientside only, useful for recording);
- Glow ESP (Outline for enemies, weapons, etc.).

How to use a cheat
1. First of all you should disable DX11 in gamecenter/steam and also in-game;
2. Now you need to inject the dll into game process using any injector, ddraw or any other method;
3. Since you injected the cheat you can open cheat GUI by pressing Home button.
