2. Move Mediocre folder to C:/
3. Inject Mediocre.dll (From binary folder) into any 32 bit proccess
(NOT into a steam or counter-strike! You may be banned for this.)
4. Run the game
If you want to change the skins you need to find an IDs of skins that you need and put it into skins.ini
